Administration Information

My husband, Gerald and I, moved to Baldwin County in 2003. I have worked at Robertsdale Elementary as a substitute teacher, paraprofessional, multiple disabilities special education teacher and the Special Services Resource Consultant. I am so happy to be a member of the Administrative Team! Go BEARS!

Education: University of South Alabama: Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education University of West Alabama: Master of Education in Collaborative Special Education K-6 & Post-Master's Certificate in Instructional Leadership.

Ms. Dena Armbrecht received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Spring Hill College. She completed the Educational Leadership program at the University of South Alabama. Ms. Armbrecht has experience as an elementary classroom teacher and an ARI literacy coach. She joined the administration of Robertsdale Elementary as an Assistant Principal in 2021.

Mr. Hemmert has a bachelor's and master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama. I added a post-master's certification in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama.
