Principal, Dr. Will Duncan
Dr. Duncan graduated from Daphne High School and received a bachelor of science degree in music education from the University of Southern Mississippi and later earned a master’s degree in music from the University of Delaware. After teaching band in Mississippi and Alabama for 15 years, I entered the administrative world and worked as an assistant principal for 5 years at Summerdale School and Spanish Fort High School. Upon the completion of my Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degrees from the University of South Alabama, I served a three year stint at the district office as a Secondary Curriculum Supervisor before becoming the principal at Robertsdale Elementary.
Assistant Principal, Dena Armbrecht
Ms. Dena Armbrecht received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Spring Hill College. She completed the Educational Leadership program at the University of South Alabama. Ms. Armbrecht has experience as an elementary classroom teacher and an ARI literacy coach. She joined the administration of Robertsdale Elementary as an Assistant Principal in 2021.
Assistant Principal, Christina Ardoin
My husband, Gerald and I, moved to Baldwin County in 2003. I have worked at Robertsdale Elementary as a substitute teacher, paraprofessional, multiple disabilities special education teacher and the Special Services Resource Consultant. I am so happy to be a member of the Administrative Team! Go BEARS!

Assistant Principal, Nick Hemmert
Mr. Hemmert has a bachelor's and master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama. I added a post-master's certification in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama.
